Terms & Conditions for Visio Cyber AI
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms,” “Agreement”) govern your access to and use of Visio Cyber AI’s website, platform, software, AI agents, tools, and related services (“Services”).
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
1. Definitions

2. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or using any Service, you:
- Confirm you are at least 18 years old
- Agree to comply with federal, state, and international laws applicable to your usage
- Acknowledge that these Terms apply to all interactions with the Services
If you are entering this Agreement on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to do so.
3. Description of Services
Visio Cyber AI provides:
- AI-driven cybersecurity monitoring
- Automated threat detection
- Agentic AI systems for compliance, DevSecOps, and SOC automation
- Real-time data insights
- Integrations with cloud providers and enterprise tools
- Analytics and reports
- Security assessments and agent memory tools
We may modify or enhance the Services at any time.
4. User Accounts & Responsibilities
4.1 Account Creation
You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
4.2 Authorized Use
You agree not to:
- Access the Platform using unauthorized or automated means
- Reverse-engineer, copy, or attempt to replicate the Services
- Introduce malware or attempt unauthorized access
- Interfere with platform performance or security
- Use the Services for illegal, harmful, or unethical activities
4.3 Organizational Access
If your employer provides your account, they may control access and view certain usage logs.
5. Client Data & AI-Generated Output
5.1 Ownership
You retain all ownership rights to Client Data.
Visio does not own or claim rights to your data.
5.2 License to Operate
You grant Visio a limited license to process your data solely to:
- Provide Services
- Improve threat detection
- Maintain system performance
- Ensure compliance
- Provide AI agent functionality
5.3 AI-Generated Output
AI outputs may contain errors or require human verification.
You are responsible for reviewing and validating all output before use.
5.4 Prohibited Data
Unless explicitly contracted, you may not upload:
- Protected health information (PHI)
- Classified or government-restricted data
- Payment card data (unless using compliant endpoints)
6. Intellectual Property
All Visio Cyber AI technology, software, models, AI systems, agent architecture, trademarks, branding, and proprietary features are owned exclusively by Visio.
You may not:
- Copy
- Sell
- License
- Sub-license
- Modify
- Create derivative works
Except as permitted under a written agreement.
7. Payments & Billing (If Applicable)
If you purchase a subscription:
7.1 Billing
Fees are billed as indicated during account setup.
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
7.2 Late Payments
Unpaid invoices may result in:
- Suspension of Services
- Late fees
- Termination of account
7.3 Subscription Renewals
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
8. Service Availability & Updates
Visio strives for continuous uptime but does not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted access
- Error-free performance
- Freedom from security threats
We may release updates, patches, or improvements without notice.
Scheduled maintenance may cause temporary downtime.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of:
- Proprietary information
- Security protocols
- Client Data
- Technical documentation
- Pricing and internal business information
We do not disclose Client Data except as described in the Privacy Policy or as required by law.
10. Third-Party Integrations
Visio Cyber AI may integrate with third-party systems such as:
- AWS
- Azure
- Google Cloud
- GitHub / GitLab
- SIEM/SOAR tools
- Identity providers (Okta, Auth0, Google Workspace)
We are not responsible for downtime, breaches, or failures caused by third-party tools.
Your use of integrations is subject to their own terms.
11. Termination
Visio may suspend or terminate your account if:
- You violate these Terms
- You engage in harmful, illegal, or abusive behavior
- You fail to pay required fees
- Your organization requests termination
- We discontinue a feature or service
Upon termination:
- Your access will be revoked
- Data may be deleted after a retention period
- Outstanding fees remain due
12. Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
Visio makes no warranties, express or implied, including:
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement
- Error-free operation
- AI accuracy or completeness
- Security guarantees beyond industry-standard best practices
You use the Platform at your own risk.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
13.1 Visio is not liable for:
- Loss of data
- Business interruption
- Indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages
- Security incidents resulting from your systems or misconfigurations
- Third-party service failures
13.2 Maximum Liability
Visio’s liability will not exceed the amount you paid for Services in the last 12 months.
If you use the free version, the liability is $0.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Visio harmless from claims arising out of:
- Misuse of the Services
- Violation of these Terms
- Uploading unlawful or prohibited data
- Security breaches caused by your systems
- Misrepresentations made by you
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of:
